- Since our products are custom-made, we take time to ensure they are crafted with care before shipping.
- If you're ordering for a special occasion (e.g., a birthday or the holidays), please consider both processing and shipping times when placing your order.
- Processing may take longer during peak seasons or sales events.
Need Your Order Faster?
We offer a Priority Processing Service for urgent orders.
- Priority Fee: PHP 200
- Processing Time: 1 business day (does not apply to bulk orders)
- Delivery Time: 1-2 business days via LBC Express (depending on your location)
Shipping Times:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you need to change your shipping method, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Shipping & Delivery Policy:
While we do our best to ensure smooth deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for:
- Delays caused by courier services (J&T Express, LBC Express, etc.)
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
- Parcels lost or damaged during transit
- Stolen packages after successful delivery
Refunds are not available for delayed shipments if the package is successfully delivered.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.
