How do I place an order?

Select your quantity, upload your photos, click to crop, and add to your cart. Complete your order in just a few clicks!

What file formats do you accept for uploads?

We recommend using high-resolution JPG or PNG files for the best quality.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, please contact us immediately with your order number and requested changes or cancellation. Once an order is fulfilled, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.

Processing & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible.

What are the shipping options?

We offer shipping options through J&T Express and LBC Express at checkout. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within a week.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship within the Philippines and do not offer international shipping.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 business hours for tracking information to be updated.

Payments & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?

As of now, we only accept GCash payments. Soon, we will also accept debit and credit cards through our secure checkout.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part. If you encounter any issues, please contact us with your order # within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

My order has arrived but it's not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please take clear photos of the item in a well-lit area and contact us with the following details:
